" Tanvi joined CDD Society two years ago. As team leader of the Reuse Team and Nexus Project Coordinator, she is involved in project management, networking, and financial delivery. She has five years of experience in the development sector, notably with agricultural livelihoods promotion, women empowerment and water and sanitation issues in India. Tanvi received her M.Sc. in Development Studies from London School of Economics and is an economics graduate of University of Delhi. "

Girija R

" Girija is an agricultural scientist holding a Qualified Post-Graduate Diploma in Agri-business and Plantation Management from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management (IIPM), as well as a bachelor degree of Agricultural Sciences from the University of Agriculture, Bengaluru. She has more than six years of practical experience in the field of agriculture and allied sectors, with specializations in natural resource conservation, Low External Input and Sustainable Agricultural Practices (LEISA), ecological health monitoring, dry land agriculture, wastewater management and demonstration of safe reuse practices. Since 2015, she works as a consultant for CDD Society’s Reuse Division.

Clara Nicolai

" Clara Nicolai is partaking in the weltwaerts program, an exchange program for young professionals initiated by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). She holds a B.Sc. in Liberal Arts and Sciences, with a major in Earth and Environmental Sciences. Her academic focus lies on soil sciences and biogeochemistry."

" Susanne Wangert joined CDD Society/BORDA under the weltwaerts program in 2015. She is an agricultural engineer (B.Sc.) with two years of work experience as project manager of nutrient recycling and landscape development projects in Germany.
