CDD Society works through a network of over 24 likeminded partners across India, Nepal, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. The network members comprise of government agencies, not for profit organisations, academic institutions as well as private service providers. The CDD network partners coordinate and implement DBNS projects in close cooperation with CDD Society through the entire process of planning, implementation and monitoring. The Society functions as the network’s secretariat and provides technical, research, financial, capacity building, marketing and documentation support to the partners.
The CDD Network has professionals from diverse backgrounds such as Environmental and Civil Engineers, Scientists, Urban Planners, Architects, Geographers, Social workers, Trainers, GIS Experts and Documentation Specialists, who have a stronghold on conceptualisation, planning, implementation and management of urban basic needs services. Thus network has the advantage of having access to a pool of highly accomplished professionals and experts in the area of infrastructure, infrastructure finance, institutional development and community development.
